Early morning is my absolute favorite time of day.  My morning routine includes indulging in an elixir or beverage- ok sometimes both, while I nestle in a cozy chair to set my intentions for the day and do some gratitude journaling. In this episode, I chat about different types of morning elixirs and drinks and how they are healing and set the body up for a good day.
