Stephanie Center Wellness is a health and wellness education and coaching practice operated by Stephanie Center, OTR/L, FDN-P, based in Franklin, Tennessee.

2. Not Medical Advice

Stephanie Center is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. She is not acting as your physician, and nothing on this Site creates a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, medications, or health routine — especially if you have a medical condition.

Results shared on this Site or through our programs are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary.

3. Products and Services

Stephanie Center Wellness offers:

• Digital products — downloadable guides and resources
• Group programs — the Hair Growth Accelerator and similar cohort-based programs
• Free resources — email opt-ins, cheat sheets, and educational content

All purchases are processed through ThriveCart. Availability and pricing are subject to change.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by ThriveCart or Practice Better. By purchasing, you also agree to ThriveCart's Terms of Service. Prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Where payment plan options are available, you authorize the recurring charges displayed at checkout. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to continued access to program materials.

5. Refunds

Digital products (guides, downloads): All sales are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed.

Group programs (Hair Growth Accelerator): Refund requests made before the program start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once the program has begun, refunds are not available. Contact [email protected] with any questions.

6. Program Access

When you purchase a program or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use. You may not share, copy, resell, or redistribute any program materials or recordings. Violations may result in termination of access without refund.

"Lifetime access," where offered, means access for as long as the program remains active. We reserve the right to update or retire content over time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, videos, guides, program materials, and the Stephanie Center Wellness name and brand — is owned by or licensed to Stephanie Center Wellness. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results from our programs or recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stephanie Center Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
