Hi, I’m Alandra. I’m a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) who helps women uncover the deeper root causes behind hair loss, fatigue, hormone imbalances, and other health concerns. My work is grounded in a whole-body approach that looks beyond surface-level symptoms to identify the hidden imbalances affecting your health and well-being.

Having personally navigated both Hashimoto’s thyroid disease and hair loss, I bring genuine lived understanding to the women I support. I know how unsettling it feels when your body changes in ways that don’t make sense, and through functional lab testing, personalized guidance, and a thoughtful approach, I help you gain deeper insight into your body and create the foundation for renewed vitality and confidence.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying time in Costa Rica, creating healthy meals in the kitchen, and connecting with my church community and loved ones.

Hi, I’m Lindsay. I’m a former elementary school teacher who now handles client communications for Stephanie Center Wellness. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen and supported, especially when navigating something as personal as hair loss. My background in education taught me the power of connection and genuine care, which I bring to every interaction.

Currently home with my two young children, I’ve found the perfect balance between supporting my family and doing meaningful work. When I’m not responding to client messages, you’ll find me organizing something, taking walks, reading, or spending time with loved ones. Faith is central to how I approach my work and my life.

Hi, I’m Abby. I’m the Web Developer and GoHighLevel Specialist behind the Stephanie Center Wellness website. I specialize in building custom-coded websites, developing responsive user experiences, and creating high-converting pages within GoHighLevel. I also build CRM automations, workflows, and integrations that help streamline operations and improve the client experience.

I enjoy turning ideas into fast, modern, and reliable digital experiences while ensuring every page is optimized for performance, accessibility, and ease of use. Whether it’s writing custom code, solving technical challenges, or improving workflows, I focus on building solutions that are both functional and intuitive.

When I’m not coding, you’ll usually find me learning new web technologies, exploring AI tools and automation, spending time with my three cats, or watching Marvel movies.
